Quinn Thomason is Ready for Varsity – Presented by Dream Maker Realty

Head coach Sam Bower returns several players with solid experience at the varsity level, but as the Lady Rams continue to develop their players for the future, keep an eye on Quinn Thomason. Now a freshman, Thomason is coming into the varsity team with energy and passion for the game.

We caught up with Quinn to learn more about her journey to the varsity level.

VYPE: Quinn, how long have you played soccer?

Thomason: I have played soccer for 11 years.

VYPE: Now that you’re part of the varsity team, what have you grown to like most about your teammates?

Thomason: My teammates are like family. Being a freshman, the upperclassmen on my team have really helped me adjust to the team and everyone is super supportive.

VYPE: What is the best thing about being a student-athlete for Owasso?

Thomason: Being a student-athlete means I get to represent my school. I like getting to play a sport I love for a school I love.

VYPE: How do you spend your free time when you have it?

Thomason: When I am not playing soccer, I like to hang out with my friends and family. I also run cross country in the soccer off-season, and I enjoy that. When I’m not playing for OHS, I play club soccer for Tulsa SC.
