Owasso’s Kynlie Wilson’s Goals and More – Presented by Tulsa Bone and Joint

VYPE: What are your goals for this season?

Kynlie: WIN GAMES!! But also have fun and enjoy the high school season with my teammates.

VYPE: Who is your favorite athlete and why?

Kynlie: Sydney McLaughlin. Sydney is an amazing athlete but also a believer in Christ. She glorifies God in everything she does and I hope I can do the same.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Kynlie: My favorite teacher is Mrs. Wilson from the 7th grade Center at Owasso. Her class was always fun even though it was math. We also told people we were related

VYPE: Who do you look up to and why?

Kynlie: My siblings. They probably don’t know this but they’re my biggest role models. They’re both so smart and succeed in everything and anything they do.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

Kynlie: Nay Nay 100%. Nay came to Owasso last year and if there’s one thing I’ve learned from her it’s that no matter what you’re currently/went through you have to push yourself everyday.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?

Kynlie: The friendships and environment. I’ve made lifelong friendships on every team I’ve been on and everyone’s so fun to be around because we’re all so competitive and there for the same goals.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Kynlie: Anywhere with a beach and I would take my best friends Macey Harter and Millie Byerly.

VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing your sports?

Kynlie: I first started playing soccer when I was four and then started basketball shortly after that. My older siblings played as well so of course that made me want to try it.

VYPE: Here is your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish.

Kynlie: I would like to thank my whole family for supporting me in everything I do and always being there for me. Love you guys the most!
